When will my order ship?
Please allow 7-14 business days after the processing period. Business days does not include weekends. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification. International shipping currently unavailable.


How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided.. You can then track your order from the carrier selected on the website.


What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are Final!! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased items.


Please note: Once products have shipped, Butterhair collection is not responsible for any issues that arise with stolen or lost packages. Please contact the shipping carrier if you have any issues after the item has been shipped.

  • What type of hair care products should I use?
    Treat this hair like your own hair. Use moisture rich shampoo and conditioning products to keep the hair soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner, like the SILICON mix, once per week to ensure the longevity of the hair. If you have wavy or curly textures, we recommend applying any light moose or curl defining products while the hair is wet. This will limit the hair from frizzing and instead define the wave or curl in the hair. All Butterhair Collection textures can be dyed, straightened, and curled to any style.
